Nizam Mohammed, appointed Chairman of the Police Service Commission by the People’s Partnership, alleges during a meeting with Parliament’s Munic­ipal and Service Commissions joint select committee QSC), that there are too many officers of African descent in the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service. He announces his intention to adjust the “imbalance”.
