Planning minister Bhoe Tewarie omits his membership of the CLICO Financial Board’s Audit Committee from his testimony at the Commis­sion of Enquiry into the collapse of CL Financial. His membership of the Audit Committee, a position entrusted with oversight of the Board and the Conglomerate, is only revealed under cross-examination. Tew­arie was a CL Financial Director for 14 years.
