Minister of Arts and Multiculturalism, Winston “Gypsy”  Peters,  claims  that  his  supporters  are not getting jobs in the Unemployment Relief Programme (URP). Raises the matter in Cab­inet. Rudy Indarsingh is moved from the Energy ministry to the Ministry of Labour to ensure UNC supporters get URP jobs.
