The Trinidad and Tobago Football Federation says funds donated for Haiti’s earthquake-relief efforts, were paid into accounts controlled by former Special Adviser and current Minister of National Security, Jack Warner. The Federation says Warner refuses to account for the money totalling an estimated £440,000 (TT$4.4 million). The Prime Minister is silent on the matter.
