CONCACAF’s Integrity Committee delivers a 113-page report detailing acts of fraud against the organisation (and against FIFA) committed by National Security Minister and UNC Chairman, Jack Warner and others.

The revelations include Warner fraudulently presenting that the Center of Excellence (COE), Macoya, belonged to CONCACAF, when it in fact belongs to his companies, and that Warner induced FIFA to transfer funds meant for the development of the COE into his personal accounts by purporting that those accounts belonged to the COE. Warner is also revealed to have obtained and misappropriated US$462,000 provided to CONCACAF by Football Federation Australia.
