Finance Minister, Winston Dookeran recommends dissolution of the CAL Board to the Prime Minister, citing a lack of knowledge and competence in aviation matters amongst the People’s Partnership-appointed Board. The Prime Minister claims (one month since her referral) that she is still awaiting a report from the “F and GP” Committee of which she is a part.
